Refund & Cancellation Guidelines

Our goal is complete clarity and mutual trust. If any payment issues occur, we ensure support to resolve errors swiftly.
1. One-time Contribution Refunds
Because our urgent conservation and sanctuary operations depend on immediate resources, donated funds are distributed quickly. Under exceptional situations, such as duplicate transactions or error inputs, we process returns within thirty calendar days of the donation.
2. Monthly Sponsorship Pauses
Supporters maintaining monthly sponsorships can cancel or pause their support at any point. Pausing stops future payments starting from the next monthly cycle.
3. Non-refundable Items
Donations converted into physical conservation items (e.g. veterinary supplies, ranger radios, land deeds, tracking collars) cannot be refunded.
4. Refund Processing
To request a refund, email our finance team at [email protected]. Please attach your donation receipt, date, and a brief explanation. Permitted refunds require five to seven business days to process.
