Privacy & Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026. Review how we protect your personal identity and secure animal data.

Wild Animals Conservation is committed to protecting your privacy. Here, we outline how we handle and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect basic personal details (such as names and email addresses) to establish supporter accounts and generate donation receipts. We do not store credit card information; all transactions are processed securely through trusted payment processors.

2. Data Sharing Limitations

We do not sell, rent, or lease supporter records to third-party marketing companies, agencies, or external NGOs. Information is shared strictly with regulatory tax authorities to confirm legally requested deductible claims.

3. Animal Research Data

Our animal research, field photography, and sanctuary metrics represent proprietary conservation data. They are shared with verified conservation partners strictly to maintain safety and security for endangered species.

4. Data Security & Retention

All user data is stored securely. Records are kept for a maximum period of seven years to comply with standard audit regulations, after which they are permanently deleted.
